Overview


When you use BOOKNMEET, you send/share pieces of data to BOOKNMEET; this can be a name, an e-mail address, or information relating to your appointment/schedule. Other data is generated implicitly by your use of BOOKNMEET, e.g. log data, Location info. We use this information for internal analytical purposes to improve the product/ services for you. Furthermore we employ other companies to perform tasks on our behalf and may need to share this information with them to provide services to you. We do not monitise/ sell your data to third parties.


Log data


BOOKNMEET records certain requests and transactions in log files. This log data is used for troubleshooting, statistics, analytic, quality assurance, and to monitor system security and can be analyzed to that end. BOOKNMEET can publish anonymous statistics under the condition that no personally identifiable information can be derived from such statistics.

BOOKNMEET also uses Google Analytics to compile usage statistics. These services are provided by Google, Inc.


Cookies


When you use BOOKNMEET, the service can store cookies on your computer. Cookies are little pieces of information that can help identify your browser / OS / IP, and that can store information, e.g. application settings. BOOKNMEET uses cookies to track usage, to improve ease-of-use and the overall user experience, and to manage advertising inventories.


Inactive accounts


BOOKNMEET can delete user-accounts if they remain inactive (i.e. not accessed) for 1 year or longer, an intimation will be sent to the profile creator to confirm the deletion.

Communication between you and BOOKNMEET


If you send BOOKNMEET a message, this message can be stored to process it, to compile statistical information, to improve our services and support, or to get in touch with you.

BOOKNMEET uses personal information according to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

BOOKNMEET may share personal information with other companies or individuals only in the following limited circumstances:

  • BOOKNMEET has your consent;
  • BOOKNMEET has good faith that there is a legal obligation to share the data;
  • BOOKNMEET needs to access or share the data to protect the security of the service or of others users’ data;
  • BOOKNMEET needs to access or share the data to protect BOOKNMEET’s rights and property or to enforce the Terms of Service.

    You agree that BOOKNMEET owns all legal rights in the Service/ Features. You must not remove, modify or obscure any legal notices. You are not entitled to use BOOKNMEET'S trademarks (especially BOOKNMEET), trade names, brands, domain names, or other distinctive brand features and collateral designs.

    Violation of any of the terms below can result in the termination of your user-account / subscription or access to the Services. Violation of any of the terms will also terminate your usage rights of the Services/ subscriptions.

    If a provision of this agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect: (i) the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this agreement; or (ii) the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this agreement / terms of use.

    These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you / SERVICE and BOOKNMEET and replace all previous agreements under this title.

    There are no verbal subsidiary agreements.
